Refund policy

Because each Treasure Shell bundle is thoughtfully curated and individually prepared, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or variations in colors, patterns, or individual items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact The Treasure Shell within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can better understand what happened and make it right. We understand that special circumstances can occur and will review those situations individually.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
